Stamped Concrete is a process whereby color and patterns are added to normal concrete. Parrot Bay has many patterns to choose from to give concrete the look of slate, brick, stone, or tile.
Why use stamped concrete?
Stamped concrete is very cost-effective compared to natural stone and pavers. Concrete pavers are made of concrete but are not sealed. Custom Edge stamped concrete is sealed and is therefore stain, mildew, and slip resistant. Concrete is has superior longevity, endless design possibilities, looks beautiful and adds value to your home. A wide variety of materials and finishes allows for a broad selection of decorative and traditional surfaces.
How much does stamped concrete cost?
We price all of our concrete by the foot based on the job. Prices per foot vary depending on the type of job as well as the grade of the land. It is best for us to see your job and discuss the variety of options to give you an accurate, fair estimate.
Do all contractors use the same installation methods as Parrot Bay?
Positively not. Through training and experimentation we have developed the appropriate mixes and colorations to achieve spectacular beauty. In addition, there are installation techniques performed by Parrot Bay that dramatically enhance the quality and look of the finished product.
How do I maintain my stamped concrete?
One method is to do absolutely nothing. Stamped concrete will become aged over time which some find more beautiful and appealing. Another method is to reseal your concrete every five to ten years. The concrete will look brand new if this is done. If your stamped concrete is indoors, such as a screened porch, you may not need to reseal but every twenty years.

Many times homeowners are discouraged by their cement flooring or other concrete areas, not realizing the option available to them to resurface their already existing concrete.
